Mughal Delights Art Exhibition; May 31, June 1, &
June 2, 2010
We will be holding our 2010 art exhibition at The Park
Hyatt Hotel, Andalusia Bld. on the above dates. The exhibition will feature a
lovely mix of vintage and modern Mughal style pastiches on cotton and linen
fabrics. The work was inspired by the lovely watercolor miniatures that featured
prominently in Indian art styles during the reign of Akbar the Great until the
British occupation.
This
wonderful exhibition has been generously sponsored by Jewelry Designer and
Interior Decorator, Mrs. Nadia Al Zuhair Zahed who will be exhibiting a line of
one-of-a-kind jewelry from her collection. We would like to extend our thanks to
her for the support she has shown us.
Al Alamiyah Art Gallery Exhibition; September, 2007
We are very
happy to announce our first art exhibition which was held at Al Alamiyah Gallery
in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The gallery is located in the Al Hamra District behind
Chamel Plaza. We had our men's Grand Opening on the evening of September 29th,
2007. It was presided over by Eng. Adel Faqeeh, the Mayor of Jeddah, and
he was accompanied by Eng. Hasan Asa'ad Jamjoom, a prominent businessman in the
community.
Several members of the press were also in attendance.
We would like to offer a special Thank You to our very generous sponsors; Mazar
Interiors and Illusion advertising agency, located in Jeddah. Both
companies have helped us tremendously in the past and we would like to extend
our sincerest appreciation.

Hia magazine is distributed throughout the Middle-east, North Africa and the UK.
We were very pleased that they interviewed us.
On Tuesday March 6th, 2007 we hosted our first press conference and were
interviewed by several reporters from prominent Middle-east magazines and
newspapers. It was a wonderful experience for the people on our staff and we
were very proud to finally be recognized.
We now offer a ready-made line of silk shawls and scarves. All are 100%
silk and have hand-beaded accents. Custom orders are also accepted. Minimum
quantity is only 6 pieces. Since these items are one-of -a-kind, they are truly
unique and completely different from what is currently on the market.
Our shawls and scarves are available
only by wholesale order. They can either be worn with jeans or evening gowns. In
addition, certain styles may be used as bridal shawls and can be custom made to
match any theme or taste.
Helping Others...
We added two new pages to our website.
The first "Qualifying Overseas Companies"
as the name implies, was created to give business owners tips on how to qualify
overseas buyers and sellers and help them weed out potential
"Scammers." Dealing with overseas companies should be a positive
experience, we want to keep it that way.
The second page "Businesswomen
of Arabia" is the first in a series. In an effort to help
Saudi businesswomen, we decided to add a section with general business tips and
resources. The content is helpful to businesspersons in general but since we
live here, we thought it would be good idea to give something back to the
community.
